Log into your Zeus account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Beauty Kit
Carefully place the unused or gently sampled products back into their original boxes, ensuring all seals and protective caps are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Your Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
